Oak Grove Capital formed in 2009 when industry veterans, David Williams, Kevin Filter, and Neil Cullen acquired the agency servicing portfolio of Muni Mae. They brought together many of the professionals that had worked with them over the past 30 years at Glaser Financial Group, Charter Mac/PW Funding, American Property Financing and AMI Capital. These leaders created a seasoned team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a realistic approach to lending.
