Mr. Williams has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of over $3 billion in commercial and multifamily mortgage loans, and has specific Fannie, Freddie and HUD lending experience dating back to 1995.

President

Mr. Filter is the President of Oak Grove Capital, and was formerly the President and a principal of Glaser Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Filter has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of over $5 billion in commercial and multifamily mortgage loans, with an emphasis on Fannie, Freddie and HUD lending dating back to 1987.

Neil Cullen

Managing Director - Production

Mr. Cullen is Oak Grove Capital’s head of production, and has worked in commercial real estate lending as both an owner and a manager for over 25 years. Mr. Cullen has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of over $5 billion in commercial and multifamily mortgage loans, and has specific Fannie, Freddie and HUD lending experience dating back to 1981.
